Returns & Exchanges
Stock items in original, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange for 14 days following the date of purchase. Retirement Sale items are final sale. Design Your Own custom items are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return/exchange. Items without original tags or with signs of wear are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment - this may take several business days to process depending on your service provider.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. This includes duty charges, so if you are shipping a return from a country other than Canada please be sure to mark the package 'Return of Goods' on the customs forms to avoid duty charges - any duty charges incurred for us to receive returned items back will be deducted off of the refund amount. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
