This listing is for costs associated with shipping, resizing or repairing a collar.

Warranty Repair

Purchase this listing if you have sent your collar back for warranty-related repair work. There is no cost for the repair work itself - the only costs associated are freight costs for sending your repaired item back to you. Add the no-charge 'Repair' listing to your cart and choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

**Please note that complimentary repair only applies to repair work done on warranty related issues (failure of metal hardware components). Repairs for other damages outside of warranty can be selected under the "non-warranty repair" option.

Resize

Purchase this listing if you have sent your collar back to be resized. The cost for resizing a collar is $10 unless otherwise discussed prior to resizing work (ie. work to resize is more extensive than normal). Add the 'Resize' listing to your cart and choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Non-Warranty Repair

Purchase this listing if you are sending your item back for a repair that is not covered under our warranty (ie. chewing of the biothane/leather material, etc.) **We highly recommend discussing this type of repair with our team prior to sending your item back to us to ensure that the repair is possible - items with extensive damage may incur additional charges for repairs and in some cases, extremely damaged items must be replaced. General Info:

Once the listing has been purchased you will receive an order number and confirmation via email or SMS and your item will be added to the queue. Current turnaround time for repair/resizing work is approximately 5-15 business days upon receipt of your item. Upon completion of the work, you will receive a notification that your item has shipped.

All costs associated with shipping collars back for repair/resizing work are at the buyer's expense.
